Two weeks ago, Eater reported the sad news that KC Boehly, a manager at Madison Valley's beloved vegetarian restaurant Cafe Flora, died while hiking through Alaska's Denali National Park and Preserve. Cafe Flora has planned a memorial open to the public for this Sunday, September 20, at the restaurant from 6 to 9 p.m.

For those interested in attending, Cafe Flora owner Nat Stratton-Clarke says, "Bring a vegan or vegetarian dish to share if you are inspired to create something, bring a song to sing if you are inspired to make music, bring a story to share, bring love and togetherness."

Find more details on this Facebook event page. Cafe Flora will close at 2 p.m. Sunday to prepare for the memorial.
