Back in December, Capitol Hill's Yogurtland shuttered on Broadway. Now its replacement is readying for its grand opening: Refresh Frozen Desserts & Espresso will open on Saturday at 9 a.m. at 1620 Broadway.
The new spot will consist of a "self-serve frozen desserts bar and espresso shop" with frozen yogurt, frozen custard, gelato, Italian ice, and sorbet, plus a toppings bar. On the coffee side, expect "Americanos, lattes, mochas, white chocolate mochas, iced coffees, and affogato," according to the menu on the website, with local Kuma Coffee.
