The new Kedai Makan space opened quietly on Capitol Hill this weekend following the closure of the beloved restaurant's walk-up window. Now Kedai Makan has actual seating, a closed kitchen, many more food offerings, and a liquor license — big changes for the formerly bare-bones take-out spot.
