Harvest Moon Ramen: Thursday, October 1
Bloom's Jason Harris is blessedly back to making ramen, but for one night only at Pike Place Atrium Kitchen. This three-course Harvest Moon pop-up celebrates the onset of autumn with a "tsukimi" or moon watching party, traditional in Japan. $22 gets you a selection of appetizers (including "lazy" deviled egg, lacinato kale goma-ae, and more); ramen; and sake jelly for dessert. There's no beverage pairing, but Pike Place Atrium Kitchen is BYOB and Harris recommends Junmai Sake. Between 7 and 9 p.m., seatings run every 30 minutes. Learn more and grab tickets on Dyne.
Northwest Provisions II: Sunday, October 4
It's been less than two weeks since Canlis' Ty Blana hosted his first Northwest Provisions pop-up, and he's already ready for a sequel. This time, the chef is collaborating with Urban Family Brewing and designed his three-course menu around a series of its brews. $35 gets you chicken liver mousse; pork belly; and a terrine of toasted rice panna cotta and parsley glee. Naturally, a beer pairing is also available for purchase. The menu will be available from 4 to 6 p.m. at Urban Family Brewing, but there are just 30 spots, so act fast. Get details and seats on Dyne.
