Charlie's Restaurant Now Open in White Center; West Seattle's Fit Bar Cafe Debuting Soon

Heads up, White Center: Veronica Weaver, owner of the Charlie's Buns N' Stuff food truck, has just opened Charlie's Restaurant at 1521 SW 98th St., Suite D., reports White Center Now. The restaurant is an expansion of the truck's fare, namely half-pound organic burgers and cheesesteaks. No menu is posted online for the restaurant yet, but check out this menu for the truck to get the idea. Charlie's is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. [WCN]

Nearby in West Seattle, the Admiral District's Fit Bar Cafe out of Anytime Fitness (2222 California Avenue SW) is nearly ready to go, and hoping for an early October debut, says West Seattle Blog.
