Pinky's Kitchen is Closing—For Now

Pinky's Kitchen, the popular barbecue food truck parked in Wallingford, has announced that it is serving its last whiskey pulled pork and meat-topped mac and cheese today at 11 p.m. The truck's lease is up at the current parking lot location, so Pinky's is closing up shop, selling the truck, and hunting for a new space with the goal of opening in spring 2016.
