Prominent Indian chef Nirmal Monteiro has been serving lunch at his new Pioneer Square restaurant since December 21, and starting Thursday he'll be adding dinner to the mix.
Like lunch, the dinner menu represents dishes from the many regions of India. You'll find a long list of tandoor-prepared items like whole Cornish game hen, rack of lamb, and seasonal fish filets, along with entrees from regions like Kashmir, Tamil-Nadu, Goa, and more.
A sample menu is available on the Nirmal's website. Dinner will be served Thursday through Saturday only, from 5:30 to 10 p.m.
