Cinque Terre Italian Restaurant Announced for Amazon's Doppler Building

Amazon's new Doppler Building is bringing some heavy hitters to the Regrade area, with the likes of Great State Burger and Bar Noroeste from Josh Henderson, Skillet, Mamnoon Street and Anar, and the just-opened Marination. There's also a new Potbelly Sandwich Shop and a Starbucks.

Eater has word on another restaurant tenant: Cinque Terre, a modern Italian restaurant from the owners of Barolo in Belltown and Mamma Melina near the University Village. The restaurant will include dishes from Italy's Riviera regions, an oyster bar, local seafood, housemade pastas, and pizza.

Cinque Terre is planning a spring opening.
