FIRST HILL — At the end of December, the Rhododendron Cafe inside the Inn at Virginia Mason quietly reopened. The restaurant underwent extensive renovations last year. Now led by executive chef Chase Smith, the cafe focuses on Pacific Northwest cuisine and sources ingredients locally.
