The wait for a whole bunch of Josh Henderson/Huxley Wallace Collective restaurants is nearly over, Seattle.
Henderson's plan to open eight to ten Great State Burger outlets is underway, with the first two opening next month. The South Lake Union location at 7th and Lenora officially launches February 3, with the second location at 3600 NE 45th Street in Laurelhurst coming February 22.
Bar Noroeste, Henderson's "sexy taco bar serving a progressive and edgy style of booze-friendly food," also at 7th and Lenora, hits the neighborhood February 8, while Saint Helens, the American-style brasserie next door to the Laurelhurst Great State Burger, unlocks its doors February 15.
All of this is part of an apparent takeover by Henderson, who is planning a bunch of projects in the next year and beyond, including Vestal, where he'll personally be cooking, as well as Scout restaurant and The Nest rooftop lounge, just announced this morning for Thompson Seattle's May arrival. And so the era of Henderson begins.
