BELLTOWN—Local 360 Café & Bar is launching a Local Distiller Series starting this month. The restaurant will feature a local distiller on the second Thursday of every month for diners to sample new spirits and get to know their local distillers. The events run from 4 to 10 p.m. and allow diners to taste featured products, sip on cocktails made with their products, and chat with the distillers. So far, three are on the books: January 14 with Seattle Distilling, February 11 with 3 Howls Distilling, and March 10 with 2bar Spirits. [EaterWire]
