On Wednesday, November 16, Eater will present the 2016 Eater Awards, our seventh annual celebration of all that's made the restaurant world run — and run wild — in the past year. Winners will be selected on both the local and national levels, and the voting takes place all this week. Voting in the first three categories — Restaurant of the Year, Chef of the Year, and Stone Cold Stunner — is closed.
Up next is a new category for Seattle: Bar of the Year. Which drinks-focused debut of the past twelve months was the most exciting? Vote below, and come back for the fifth and final category on Friday.
Here's how the voting works: Eater editors have named nominees in Seattle for each of five major categories. Editors will pick winners from the nominees, and readers will vote to award one nominee in each category with a readers' choice award. Ready to play your part? This poll will be open for 24 hours (until 10 a.m. on Friday, November 11); voting irregularities will be strictly policed. Take a look at last year's categories, nominees, and winners right here.
