As expected, Josh Henderson and his Huxley Wallace Collective continue to open restaurants at a rapid clip. The latest, the group's third this month after Great State Burger and taqueria Bar Noroeste, is American-style brasserie Saint Helens, which opened this morning after months of delays.
See the casual cafe's breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks menus below; brunch and dessert haven't yet been released. There are tartines and baguette sandwiches, burgers, whole roasted meals like trout or cauliflower, and of course assorted fresh pastries: scones, bagels, cookies, and more. It's all meant to be very shareable and family-style, according to the company.
A large outdoor area, complete with fire pit, seats around 40, with room for another 40-plus indoors in the dining room, at the bar, and in a large private section. An adjacent Great State Burger location will open February 24.
