Portland-based chainlet Little Big Burger is on the move, with 10 locations planned for Seattle this year. The company says it's looking at Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, the University District, and "other urban neighborhoods," though it hasn't settled on any exact locations yet.

Little Big Burger has eight locations in Oregon. It opened in 2010 and was sold in August 2015 to Chanticleer Holdings Inc., a company that also boasts 15 Hooters locations in its portfolio.

Little Big Burger prides itself on high-quality burgers built with regionally-sourced ingredients like Cascade Natural beef, local brioche buns, Tillamook cheese, and Camden's Catsup.

It's not the first Oregon-based chain to move up I-5. PDX-based Sizzle Pie is opening a location on Capitol Hill this spring, and Bend-based vegan burger restaurant Next Level Burger is eyeing Seattle as well.
