Citizen 6 Will Start Serving Food Inside Number 6 Cider on March 1

Number 6 Cider opened its tasting room and cidery in Interbay almost a year ago, and now the business is adding a kitchen operated by Suzana Olmos, owner of Citizen Cafe in Queen Anne.

Olmos's Citizen 6 will open with a separate dining room area inside Number 6 Cider on March 1, and it will serve lunch, dinner, and happy hour, with brunch starting in a few months. Though she hasn't solidified the menu as of this writing, Olmos says it will feel familiar to anyone who's patronized her Queen Anne cafe; popular dishes like the "Korexican Tacos" and "Cowboy Casserole" will migrate to Citizen 6.
