DOWNTOWN—To celebrate Taste Washington Wine Month this month, the Fairmont Olympic Hotel will host its second annual wine event series. Throughout the month, the hotel features complimentary wine tastings with some of the state's best winemakers. The tastings take place in the lobby lounge from 4:30 to 7 p.m. and involve two wineries each pouring two wines.
