Vendemmia Starts Brunch; New Chef at Ernest Loves Agnes

And Stoup Brewing bottles for the first time

CAPITOL HILLErnest Loves Agnes has brought on former Westward sous chef Thomas Litrenta as its head chef; he takes over from former executive chef Mac Jarvis, who is moving on. Litrenta will be reworking the menu and launching new dishes starting in early April.  [EaterWire]

BALLARDStoup Brewing is bottling its beer for the first time. For Pine Box's anniversary celebration, the bar asked the brewery to craft The 4th Nail, and the beer will be released at Stoup on March 29. The Belgian Stout will be available on tap and in 22-ounce bombers. Beez Neez Sausages will be serving food in front of the brewery for the release party. [EaterWire]

MADRONAVendemmia is rolling out brunch this weekend, starting on Easter Sunday, March 27th. It will be available on Sundays only, and the offerings will change often. Take a look at the opening dishes below. [EaterWire]
