SEATTLE—Zagat announced today its first 30 Under 30 winners for Seattle, honoring young superstars in the local food industry. The list includes business owners (Megan Janes, 24, Seattle Pops), sous chefs (Chris Smith, 27, Barking Frog) butchers and farmers (Rose Allred, 25, Sea Breeze Farm), cheesemongers (Gina Rudisill, 28, Calf & Kid/Culture Club), plus plenty more.
