Elemental Pizza's Third Location Now Open Downtown

DOWNTOWN—Columbia Center is home to a new Elemental Pizza, a mini-chain which also has locations in University Village and Tacoma. Customers at this new spot order from a counter, a change from the sit-down service of the original two outposts. Expect the same lineup of wood-fired signature pies, with gluten-free and vegan options available. 701 5th Ave. Suite 300, website. Open Monday to Friday 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

SEATTLEZagat announced today its first 30 Under 30 winners for Seattle, honoring young superstars in the local food industry. The list includes business owners (Megan Janes, 24, Seattle Pops), sous chefs (Chris Smith, 27, Barking Frog) butchers and farmers (Rose Allred, 25, Sea Breeze Farm), cheesemongers (Gina Rudisill, 28, Calf & Kid/Culture Club), plus plenty more. Maybe Millenials aren't so bad after all.

CAPITOL HILL—Today Capitol Cider extends its weekend lunch menu to the entire week, adding midday service Monday to Friday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The restaurant's gluten-free, soy-free, and peanut-free fare includes chop, Caesar, and grain salads, French onion or lentil soup, a half-pound burger, fish and chips, a fried chicken sandwich, and more. For anyone heading back to the office after, mocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks join the beer and cider line-up.
