Here are all the key spots.

PORTLAND—From works of art, to utilitarian tools, knives are as essential in the kitchen as a chef's hands. For this edition of Eater Scenes, Eater spoke with three Portland chefs to learn about their favorite knives and why they love ‘em.

NORTHEAST—According to a tweet posted by Portland Fire & Rescue at 3:23 p.m., June 7, a fire broke out at Pizza Jerk, the sensational new pizza restaurant by Bunk's Tommy Habetz. The fire likely started in an electrical box, and, thankfully, no one was hurt. While photos reveal a significantly damaged dining room, the kitchen and bar were entirely spared, and Habetz tells Eater the Pizza Jerk team is doing everything in their power to reopen as soon as possible.
