GEORGETOWN—Marcus Lalario and Matt Dillon's grilled meat cultural mash-up, Ciudad, has added lunch options, available Tuesday through Sunday. Guests can dine at the counter for a menu focused on a smaller selection of grilled items served with house flatbread plus small plates, or in the dining room with the full menu available.
Bar Ciudad is now officially open those same days, too; this component of the operation consists of a separate bar and large outdoor seating space serving drinks like slushie cocktails. Diners are encouraged to order food at the counter to bring back to their bar seats. The outdoor area includes lawn games and a stage for DJs and bands. Ciudad counter open Tuesday to Friday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 5 to 10 p.m., Sunday 3 to 10 p.m. Ciudad dining room open Tuesday to Saturday 5 to 10 p.m. Bar Ciudad open Tuesday to Saturday 4 p.m. to midnight, Sunday 3 to 10 p.m.
