Sky-High Hotel Restaurant Now Offering Chef's Counter Experiences

The progressive dinner includes stops around the new Thompson hotel

Josh Henderson's three-month-old restaurant in the luxury Thompson hotel has rolled out an interactive, progressive Chef's Counter dinner with a locally-focused, ever-shifting menu.

Chef Quinton Stewart leads the experiences, which are available Wednesday through Sunday with one seating at 6 p.m. Diners must make an advance reservation to sit at the eight-seat chef's counter and partake in the prix fixe menu. Each course is served at a different location in the hotel, culminating with dessert and drinks at The Nest, Henderson's rooftop bar in the building.

Scout's high-end twist on a camping theme involves vintage Boy Scout mugs, books with titles like Cabin Porn and Rock the Shack, and booths upholstered in pink, orange, and blue plaid. The charming kitsch is reminiscent of sister sports bar Quality Athletics.
