Li'l Woody's, which has locations on Capitol Hill and in Ballard, will open a third spot in November in South Lake Union. The restaurant has made a name for itself with outlandish (and messy) burgers made with Northwest-raised grass fed beef and fries that come with a side of "crack," a mini-milkshake with Full Tilt ice cream for dipping.
Seattle Met reports that the restaurant will sit at Boren and Thomas, and that the restaurant will have an outdoor deck and a special SLU burger; otherwise, expect the same menu with picks like The Trotter, with bacon, horseradish sauce, caramelized onions, and apple.
Li'l Woody's owner Marcus Lalario also owns Fat's Chicken and Waffles in the Central District and co-owns new Georgetown restaurant Ciudad with Matt Dillon.
