Edmonds Scores Splashy Restaurant at Salish Crossing Development

190 Sunset opens today

Edmonds retail development Salish Crossing is now home to a splashy new restaurant named after the development's address: 190 Sunset.

Executive Chef Clive Gomez heads the kitchen, bringing experience at Ray's Boathouse and The Metropolitan Grill. Most recently, Gomez served as the Executive Chef at Toulouse Petit in Queen Anne.

The restaurant features a diverse menu, with options that include sushi, burgers, salmon, and steaks. On the bar side, there are signature cocktails and a long wine list.

"We’ve created an eclectic menu that will change with the seasons and feature seasonal, local cuisine," Gomez said in a statement. "Our kitchen staff is thrilled to exercise our culinary passion to create distinctive dishes for our guests."

190 Sunset has a large dining room that seats 220; there's also an exhibition-style kitchen, a patio with fire pits, and a private dining room that seats 70. The restaurant is opening for dinner only to start, with plans to add a weekend brunch and weekday lunch service in late fall.

190 Sunset, (425) 329-3669, website. Open daily from 4 to 11 p.m. with happy hour Monday through Friday, 4 to 6 p.m.
