Vote Now For Seattle’s Restaurant Expansion of the Year

Which new location of an existing restaurant was most welcome in 2017?

Tomato cans for Seattle’s Eater Awards winners from 2013.
Eater Staff

Welcome to day five of the 8th annual Eater Awards, honoring the most talented restaurant and bar industry gurus in cities across the world. Here’s how the Eater Awards work: All 24 Eater cities and the national site will award prizes in multiple categories, including but not limited to Restaurant of the Year, Chef of the Year, Design of the Year, and Bar of the Year. The Awards focus solely on restaurants that opened over the past year, including the tail end of 2016 after the previous Eater Awards nominations closed.

In each category there will be an editor’s choice winner and a reader’s choice winner — all to be announced on December 5, 2017. The reader’s choice winner gets unlimited bragging rights as an Eater fan favorite. The editor’s choice winner will receive an illustrious tomato can trophy, as is the tradition around here.

And that’s not all: Over the course of the coming year, stay tuned for features highlighting what makes each of the editor’s choice winners so great.

Now, without further ado, it’s time to vote for the reader’s choice winner in the Restaurant Expansion of the Year category. This is the final round of voting in the 2017 Eater Awards. Polls will be open for 24 hours and will be strictly policed for funny business.

Cast your vote for Restaurant Expansion of the Year now; the poll closes at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 2:
