National chain Pressed Juicery is making further inroads into Washington with its new Capitol Hill location. The opening marks the company’s fourth statewide shop and its 60th location nationwide.
As its name suggests, the company’s emphasis lies on cold-pressed juices and other cold and hot snacks — all meant to be exceedingly healthy. For example, there’s a “Freeze” line, the company’s take on frozen yogurt, available only at some stores. The options are made entirely from fruits, vegetables, and nuts in flavors like chocolate, vanilla, “greens,” and a limited strawberry-almond. The yogurt is entirely vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free, and includes topping choices like almond butter, coconut flakes, fruit, and cacao drizzle. The “Heat” category includes turmeric, matcha, and beetroot lattes.
Pressed Juicery has locations in Hawaii, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, and the Seattle area, with stores in Bellevue Square, Queen Anne, and Westlake Center.
