After a nearly two-month closure, Seattle’s iconic Art of the Table restaurant is nearly open in its new location on Stone Way.
The new venue at 3801 Stone Way N, practically around the corner from the old spot, allows owners Dustin Ronspies and Shannon Van Horn to spread their wings with much more space — and altogether splashier digs. They’re ready to show off the new place, with its expanded bar and additional seating, when they reopen on Friday, April 7.
There’s a slight change-up in concept, too. While Art of the Table will retain its long-held local, seasonal approach, the restaurant is branching out a bit. No longer will the kitchen serve only a tasting menu; starting Friday, diners can also select dishes from an a la carte menu.
Reservations are currently available for opening night. Art of the Table will be open Wednesday through Sunday 5 to 10 p.m.
