Working off the assumption that the Seattle area hasn’t hit peak poke, Pokéworks has opened its newest outpost in Bellevue at 222 Bellevue Way, and it’s celebrating with a buy one, get one free promotion on Saturday, August 12 that extends to anything on the menu.
The Pokéworks menu revolves around eight pre-built signature bowls with ingredients like Ahi tuna, sous vide shrimp, seaweed, cucumber, and ponzu sauce. Diners can also opt to build their own bowls, burritos, or salads, adding protein, sauces, and toppings. There are also a handful of sides, including miso soup, roasted seaweed, and mango coco jelly.
The fast-casual chain opened its first Washington location at 1200 3rd Avenue in October, adding to its collection of franchise locations in Southern and Northern California and New York City. More expansions are pending for California, New York, and Boston.
The Bellevue location, which was originally projected to open way back in January, features sustainably sourced reclaimed wood in its decor and is similar to the downtown Seattle restaurant in size.
