Bellingham’s respected, certified organic brewery, Aslan Brewing Company, is working on a taproom in Fremont. It will be the third location for the brewery, but the first outside of its hometown. The taproom will join top-notch Korean restaurant Revel in a new building called Cedar Speedster at 36th and Phinney, and the opening timeline is currently set for summer.
Aslan will continue to brew its beer exclusively in Bellingham, but it’ll ship to the new taproom (401 N 36th St.) a range of seasonal brews, barrel-aged experiments, specialty can releases, and recurring flagship staples. Aslan opened in Bellingham in 2013 and added a second location there in 2018.
Coming Summer 2019...Aslan Seattle! Located in the heart of the Fremont neighborhood, our new taproom will serve...

Revel and its adjacent bar, Quoin, moved to South Lake Union temporarily last spring to make way for the new development. Chef-owners Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi have been popping up in the former home of Josh Henderson’s Vestal. Come summer, they’ll join Aslan in the new building.
