Eater Chef of the Year Eric Rivera is expanding the team at his Ballard incubator and pop-up venue, Addo. In addition to adding a few new experiences, like an indulgent Vegas-themed brunch available during January, he’s added a new team member in chef Amy Beaumier. She formerly led the kitchen at Joli in Ballard, but left after six months there. She’s part time for now, but Rivera hopes to bump her up to full time soon.

Have intel about a change of command in the kitchen, an up-and-coming new bar manager, or other staffing shakeups in the restaurant industry? Tipping is essential: Send Eater the details over the Seattle tipline and we’ll check it out. Meanwhile, check out this other post for Seattle’s chef shuffles of 2018.
