After a year of closure for renovations, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport’s Central Terminal reopens tomorrow with five new restaurants: Lucky Louie Fish Shack, Evergreens Salad, Pallino Pastaria, Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, and Koi Shi Sushi Bento. It’s all part of a massive overhaul throughout the airport that will add a slew of new dining and retail options.

The terminal’s renovation also improved the views of the airfield and added new furniture. The construction isn’t quite finished, though; the airport is still working on adding 10,000 square feet of new dining space, with a second level on both sides of the terminal. That area is slated to open next year.

Another restaurant addition, Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen, opened earlier this week in the newly expanded N Gates. Bambuza was founded in downtown Seattle by husband-and-wife team Daniel Nguyen and Katherine Lam, who use family recipes at their six locations.

The timelines on the other openings range through 2020 and beyond. Among the most exciting additions are spin-offs of popular Seattle establishments like Li’l Woody’s, Sunset Fried Chicken, Good Bar, Macrina Bakery, and Cafe Ladro.
