Seattle chefs and restaurant owners have faced many difficult decisions over the past 15 months due to COVID. Even while establishments reopen for indoor dining as vaccinations become more prevalent (Washington plans to lift restrictions on capacity by June 30), many places will not reopen at all. These are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent closings first. If you hear of any others that have shut their doors for good, please send us a tip.
