13 Salads to Help Counterbalance Your Holiday Hangover

View as Map

Did you wake up with a food hangover this morning? No? It's probably because you were one of those insane people who rolled out of bed Christmas morning and went for a 10K run, while the rest of us were stuffing our faces with candy, eggnog, and the cookies we left out for Santa.

If you can still taste the "fruitcake 5 ways dessert buffet" you enjoyed at the in-laws, check out this map on where to get a hearty dose of healthy greens. This isn't a complete list by any means, it's just something to help get you started so you can do the whole binging thing over again on New Year's Eve.
