Close your eyes and point to the nearest restaurant on Google Maps. Chances are it has a happy hour menu. But wasting good money on a watered down well drink is no way to ease into the evening.

Here, in alphabetical order, is Eater's updated map of 15 happy hour best bets. These Seattle restaurants and watering holes serve stiff drinks and cold beer. Plus, menus with trendy (artisanal toast,) whimsical (shaved ice,) and cheap-o bites. Time to get happy.
