While Eater typically focuses on restaurants near Seattle’s city center and surrounding neighborhoods, those sheltering at home farther out during the COVID-19 pandemic are likely seeking more convenient options for food. Here, we venture north to the upper edge of King County (and lower edge of Snohomish County) into the Lynnwood, Shoreline, and Edmonds area, where there are many wonderful Asian restaurants open for takeout and delivery. These are just some of the highlights. Since services shift often now, call ahead to make sure each restaurant is still open — and if you see any changes, or if there’s a spot you’d like to see on the list, send us a tip.
