At ChefSteps, we know we’re lucky. Every day we get to work in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. Founded in 1907, this lively historical landmark is wonderful and weird in all the right ways, and it’s full of incredible food. But we’re really picky when it comes to the stuff we eat and cook with, so we keep a carefully honed list of top spots that always treat their customers right.
