From the looks of our last Friday Open Threads on where to find the spiciest dishes in the Seattle area, it's clear that many readers don't have a problem with spice, throwing caution to the wind that usually cries something like, "Seattleites don't like heat, blah blah blah" and opting for the highest number on the scoville scale (well, maybe not quite).

Take note naysayers, because according to this roundup, there are some heat seekers that know just where to go for a sweat-inducing/enticing meal. Whether it's an entire dish or the hot sauce that accompanies it, here is a map (in alphabetical order) of 18 spots with a spark, including reader comments. Remember, this is a crowdsourced-generated map. Not happy with it? Make sure you chime in next time. Or, feel free to leave your two-cents it in the comments.

"They're serious about their spice here, but the trick is, you have to ask for it. Let them know you're serious if you want HEAT and they'll bring it. Otherwise, you might be disappointed, as the servers tend to downplay the spice to appease the majority of the spice-intolerant crowd."
