Here Are 12 Healthy, Really Good Salads to Help Your Thanksgiving Detox

Our favorite salad at Bar del Corso? All of them. Current crush: Roasted local romanesco & cauliflower with cherry tomatoes, Castelvetrano olives, green sauce & shaved grana ($9).
Farro/leeks/roasted broccoli/salsa verde ($8): You can't beat the vegetable dishes here (they're grown on Bastille's rooftop across the street), but this is the heartiest of them all. Order this with a side of their outstanding Brussels sprouts and you just might consider going vegetarian in 2014.
