Laurelhurst Market is reason enough to leave Seattle itself. This restaurant and butcher shop celebrates all things meat, and for their main course during Dining Month, you can get a ten-hour braised beef shoulder. That's a lot of hours.

The aptly named Autentica serves traditional, authentic Mexican cuisine inspired by chef/owner Oswaldo Bibiano’s hometown, Guerrero, Mexico. And he is not changing anything up for Dining Month. Choose the Roasted Carlton Farms pork leg in dark chili paste. That is definitely the move.
