Salty's on the Columbia

Salty's on the Columbia is one of the best seafood and steak restaurants in Portland. And for Dining Month, they are not messing around. The first course includes a smoked salmon and beer cheese bisque. Yep, beer cheese.

Located in the Nines Hotel, this modern Asian restaurant will offer some delicious dishes for Dining Month. And you have a choice. For your first course, you can chose between Green papaya and mango or shrimp dumplings. For the second? Rockfish or chicken tonkatsu. Good luck choosing.

Laurelhurst Market is reason enough to leave Seattle itself. This restaurant and butcher shop celebrates all things meat, and for their main course during Dining Month, you can get a ten-hour braised beef shoulder. That's a lot of hours.

This acclaimed 40-seat, small plate restaurant should be a must-visit on your itinerary. In March, their menu will offer three savory courses, including salmon sashimi, a corn tostada, and a choice between Vietnamese beef stew or Tofu curry.
