Where to Get Mother’s Day Meals for Takeout and Delivery in Seattle
From brunch with flower bouquets to multicourse fine-dining meals to-go
Ballard’s playful Pacific Northwest comfort food favorite plans to lean heavily on brunch fare for Mother’s Day takeout, offering items such as cinnamon roll monkey bread with cream cheese frosting, huckleberry scones, nduja queso wraps, and pork belly steam buns. There are also mimosa kits, and every order comes with a bouquet of flowers.
Tom Douglas’s new takeout-only offshoot of Serious Pie is serving some dinner boxes for Mother’s Day, with items including shallot mustard and herb roasted bone-in pork chops (or wild Bristol Bay Salmon), scalloped potatoes, Thyme, grilled asparagus, and strawberry-rhubarb pie. Pickup is available from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. or Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Renowned chef Maria Hines’s Wallingford restaurant offers a selection of seasonal dishes, such as asparagus mushroom tarts, roasted ling cod, and carnaroli rice pudding with strawberry rhubarb compote, all for curbside pickup with reheating instructions included. Champagne is available as an add-on.
Eastlake’s venerable Italian restaurant features three-course brunch meals for takeout, including pastries, brioche French toast with honey bourbon bacon, spaghetti carbonara with morels and duck egg, and lemon panna cotta. There are also mimosa, bellini, bloody mary, and spritz kits.
This Capitol Hill farm-to-table restaurant offers meal packages for Mother’s Day that include bouquets of flowers, pistachio cake, Meyer lemon crema, rhubarb, strawberries, and a bottle of Pierre Gerbais champagne. Available for curbside pickup Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Bainbridge Island’s modern Vietnamese restaurant has Mother’s Day family meals for takeout, which dishes such as steamed sable fish with ginger and scallion, stir-fried bok choy and shiitake mushrooms, and tangerine garden salad (along with wine). There are also shortbread cookies and fresh tulips available, which can be ordered as add-ons or separately.
Madison Valley’s exceptional vegetarian bakery has brunch take-and-bake meals for $45 per adult, with entrees such as spring asparagus quiche and tamales with grilled cactus (kids’ menu options are available for $20). Pickup available May 9 at the restaurant; preorders will be taken by phone or email.
The high-end Downtown steakhouse has family meals for takeout or delivery (orders must be in by 3 p.m. Wednesday for the latter option).
