No matter how many great restaurants Seattle accumulates, there is nothing that will replace the euphoria that surrounds getting a deal. As long as bars have been slashing the prices on wells, cocktail weenies, and anything else fit for a napkin's cradle, happy hour has been a passionate subject for many: where do you go to strike gold with a restaurant menu? Ideally, ones that offer both food and drink specials because, really. Once you unearth this treasure in the form of what can only be described as a wine-stained, food-encrusted hieroglyphic version of a Groupon, it's nearly impossible for your cheap-ass meal to taste that bad. Nothing says, "you've arrived" like scoring a plate of $3 nachos or a $4, 12-ounce pour of a restaurant's finest glass of "house red."
