Readers Vote: 19+ Seattle Last Meal Destinations

View as Map

Of the 71 comments on last week's Friday Open Thread, only about half were dedicated to the subject at hand. The rest were dedicated to a sharp-tongued debate between a handful of readers over whether Din Tai Fung qualified as a choice (since it's both a chain AND in Bellevue) and how to properly define a metro. As one frustrated reader put it, "shut this comment thread down before they find sharp objects and harm themselves." Yes, this particular open thread nearly became a tribute to the very question it posed.

Here now, without argument, is a map of the last meal destinations of Eater readers, which ranged from fast-food to tasting menus. It's clear from the menu choices that folks from Seattle want to be in a deeply-rooted food coma when they depart this fine city.
