While many of Seattle's restaurants will be closed on Christmas Day, there are still plenty of restaurants that don't want customers to go hungry, including but certainly not limited to the city's hotel-attached spots. If cooking and staying in on Wednesday, December 25 is off the table, here's a list of places, from holiday-themed pop-ups at cocktail bars to fine-dining dens to Chinese noodle destinations, that will satisfy any holiday cravings. In this cheery (sometimes dreary) city of transplants and transients, there's no better way to fit in.
Note: These places are listed geographically from north to south, not ranked by preference. If you think we missed a spot, send us a tip.
