Where to Eat in Seattle on Christmas
1. Copperleaf Restaurant
The five-course prix fixe Christmas Celebration menu includes: Anderson Ranch lamb saddle with garnet yams, brown butter chestnuts and preserved Cascade huckleberries, and Painted Hills beef short ribs with caramelized salsify, marinated artichokes and grilled Bartlett pears. 530-930 p.m./$75 per person/$100 with wine pairings.
